Welcome to Wears Valley - The quieter part of the Smokies! You must be at least 25 years old to book our cabin. This is an insurance requirement, not our requirement. Here’s everything you need to know to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. About Our Cabin Our spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath luxury cabin is designed with comfort in mind. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom create an airy atmosphere, while the lower-level bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bath offers added privacy. Whether you're gathering with family or taking a well-earned getaway, there’s plenty of space to relax. Safety & Comfort • For your safety, we have fire and carbon monoxide alarms on every floor, monitored by a security system connected to local emergency services. • Enjoy eco-friendly climate control with our Wi-Fi-enabled A/C thermostats located on the main floor and master bedroom.. • Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi! The password will be provided on check-in day. • Security cameras monitor outdoor entry points, ensuring your safety. Please don’t tamper with them. Living & Dining • The living room offers a large TV for your favorite streaming services. Bring your login details to enjoy personalized entertainment. • Gather around the spacious dining table with seating for six, plus extra seating at the kitchen counter for 2-3 guests. • The fireplace is an electric heating unit with a remote control to turn on and off. Kitchen Highlights Our fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from pots and pans to a Keurig coffee station. Bedrooms & Bathrooms • Main Level: Two bedrooms with king beds, 55-inch Smart TVs, and elegant decor. • Upper Level: The master suite boasts a king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, a 70-inch Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. • Kids Room: Features bunk beds (suitable for children under 150 lbs). Adults, please do not climb on the ladder. • Lower Level: Private queen bedroom with a 40-inch TV and Amazon Firestick for your streaming enjoyment. • Fresh linens and towels are provided, and we include starter supplies like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. • Starter pack toiletries will be provided in each bathroom - body soap, shampoo, conditioner New addition for 2025: Entertainment • Brand new 8 foot pool table room with all accessories; pool sticks, rack, chalk • Home theater room with live immersive surround sound system • Karaoke machine/Bluetooth speaker linked to home theater or you can link to your phone or iPad. Please do not remove speaker from this room. • XBOX Series X game console. You will need to log in with your XBOX subscription to use this system. 2 controllers available for play. Outdoor Spaces • Relax on two large private decks, perfect for soaking in the views. Enjoy the screened-in upper deck or the lower deck with a hot tub and seating area. • A park-style BBQ grill is available; just bring your own charcoal. • Please remain on designated areas like the driveway or decks for your safety. • Chargepoint Electric Vehicle charger available for $20/day additional charge - message me for this option Hot Tub Enjoyment Our hot tub is freshly cleaned and maintained for your arrival. Soak in the tub after a long day of hiking or driving. Please follow posted guidelines for your safety and comfort. We strongly advise against allowing children in the hot tub. Respecting the Neighborhood We ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. If a relaxing getaway is what you're after, this is the perfect spot! Additional Notes • Smoking, vaping, and pets are not allowed to keep our cabin fresh and comfortable for all. • We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles during winter months for safer travel on mountain roads. For the winter months, it has been snowing fairly heavy in the smokies in recent years. We highly suggest getting travel insurance in the winter months from Nov - Mar. You can get travel insurance from Berkshire Hathaway - bhtp (dot com) • Keep food and drinks secure to avoid attracting wildlife. Bears are beautiful but best admired from a distance.
